• The App is designed for reading and sharing curated Estonian poems.
• No account creation is required and the service is free of charge.
• The App delivers one new poem each week and allows browsing previous ones.

3. Content and Copyright

• Poems and other content displayed in the App may be protected by copyright.
• Sharing of poems is allowed via the App’s built-in sharing functions.
• Any other copying or publishing may require the consent of the rights holder.

4. Third-Party Services

The App may use third-party services (e.g. Expo push notifications, app stores). These services are subject to the terms of their respective providers.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Operator is not liable for:

• interruptions or errors caused by third-party services (e.g. Google, Apple, Expo);
• disruptions caused by the user’s device, software, or internet connection;
• possible errors or inaccuracies in the App’s content, except where required by law.

6. Changes to the Terms

The Operator may update these Terms of Service. Changes take effect upon their publication in the App or on the Operator's website.
